This is usually the first question clients ask... Well, first and foremost a good cleanser goes a long way. It balances your skin, giving you a nice "canvas" to work with, in creating the masterpiece of beautiful healthy skin. The Green Tea Cleanser is a go to if you have no issues like blackheads or dehydration. It's a nice gel cleanser that is good for all skin types including sensitive skin or Rosacea and makes the skin balanced. If you are very dehydrated , use the creamy Pomegranate Cleanser, but use a washcloth to remove it. If you have blackheads or acne like me, get the Raspberry Cleanser with salicylic acid. If you are oily or need a gentle acne detoxifying cleanser use the creamy Charcoal Cleanser.
Then...add in the fun stuff!!! I refer to the Glycolic Cleanser as "the nectar of the Gods". That's how much I love it and how well it works for anti-aging. It's so strong you can only use it 2-3 times a week. But when you simply wash with it sometimes, your skin glows. It's obvious to me when someone is not using it, because their skin looks ruddy.
The next go to is the Retinol scrub. Also to be used only 2-3x a week, but it scrubs off dead skin, tightens and shrinks pores and wrinkles and makes skin glow. These two products can be layered and left on while shaving your legs or brushing teeth, and works miracles.
If you have dark spots on your skin, get the glycolic retinol pads. They contain Kogic acid, which lightens dark spots. The pads are the same size as a Stridex pad, so I recommend cutting them into quarters and using a small piece to rub on dark spots twice a day. Of course, it won't hurt to rub any remaining product on the rest of your face.
Moisturizer is of course important. The peptide restoration moisturizer is the best if you want an aggressive anti aging product. If you want a normal good moisturizer go with the Acai moisturizer. If you worry about congestion go with the Cacteen.
Get the eye cream. The cameras on our phones get better every year and picks up all the dryness around the eyes.
Get the spf. Use it EVERY MORNING NO MATTER WHAT. EVEN IF YOU HAVE DARK SKIN.
The Vitamin C Cream is also great for combatting wrinkles and Saggy areas. Don't get it if you break out. Go ahead and put moisturizer over it.
So here's the list with some of my favorites for anti-aging. The Hydrating Serum should and is on it. It's to be used under a moisturizer as well. So I would use the Vitamin C at night or Hydration Serum in the morning or visa versa , under moisturizer. However, this product does so much, it will get its own blog. It heals so so many issues.
This list can be overwhelming, if you can, just start with the anti-aging kit. If you need to build up the product line slowly, start with a cleanser, then moisturizer, spf, glycolic cleanser ect and slowly add in the rest as you can.
And finally, feel free to send me a photo of your skin and a list of what you are currently using and I can help you make changes or fill in the gaps to help you meet your skincare goals within your budget.
Thank you for reading and please send comments or questions:)
I always thought my skin was oily, but I was told I had combination skin. Hard to believe, but could I use what you have recommend with the anti aging and wrinkles products?
